JobSec ("we," "us," or "our") is operated by Vector Name LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our platform at jobsec.ai. By using JobSec, you agree to this policy.
We collect information in two contexts: from contractors who sign up for the platform, and about the leads that contractors manage through JobSec.
Name, email address, and password when you register
Business name, phone number, website, and address
Billing information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card numbers)
Twilio phone number provisioned for your account
Customer names, phone numbers, and email addresses submitted through your lead forms or inbound SMS
Message content exchanged between your business and your leads
Lead status, notes, and estimate scheduling information you enter into the platform
Log data including IP address, browser type, and pages visited
Feature usage patterns to help us improve the platform
We use the information we collect to:
Operate and deliver the JobSec platform and its features
Send automated SMS and email messages on behalf of your business to your leads
Power AI-based lead analysis (processed by Anthropic's Claude API)
Process subscription payments through Stripe
Send transactional emails such as password reset links (via Resend)
Monitor platform health, prevent abuse, and improve our service
No mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data collected through the JobSec platform will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
JobSec enables contractors to send automated SMS messages to their customers (leads) as part of their business operations. By providing a phone number through a lead form or by texting a contractor's JobSec-powered number, a lead consents to receive automated business messages from that contractor.
Message types: automated lead follow-ups, estimate reminders, and review requests sent on behalf of the contractor
Message frequency: varies based on lead activity; typically 1–5 messages per lead inquiry over a 7-day period
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan
Reply STOP to opt out of messages from a specific contractor at any time
Reply HELP for help or contact support@jobsec.ai
Opting out will stop all automated messages from that contractor via the JobSec platform
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. For support, contact us at support@jobsec.ai.
JobSec integrates with the following third-party services to deliver the platform. Each has its own privacy policy:
Twilio — SMS and voice messaging infrastructure (twilio.com/legal/privacy)
Resend — Transactional email delivery (resend.com/privacy)
Anthropic (Claude AI) — Lead analysis and AI-generated summaries (anthropic.com/privacy)
Stripe — Payment processing (stripe.com/privacy)
We do not sell your data to any third party. Data shared with the above providers is limited to what is necessary to deliver each service.
We retain your account and lead data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you close your account, we will delete your data within 90 days unless we are required to retain it by law. Message logs may be retained for up to 12 months for compliance purposes.
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including:
Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate data
Deletion: Request that we delete your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
Portability: Request a machine-readable export of your data
Opt-out of SMS: Reply STOP to any message sent via the JobSec platform

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We will notify affected users promptly in the event of a data breach.
JobSec is a business-to-business platform intended for adults operating home service companies. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 years of age.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of JobSec after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
