1. The Service

JobSec is a lead automation platform for home service contractors. It provides automated SMS and email responses to inbound leads, AI-powered lead analysis, multi-day follow-up sequences, two-way messaging, lead pipeline management, and review request automation.

The platform sends messages on your behalf using your provisioned business phone number. You are responsible for all messages sent through your account and for ensuring your use of the platform complies with applicable laws.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering

• You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to operate a business

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials

• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

• One account per business; you may not share accounts across separate entities

3. SMS Messaging Program

Opt-In

Your leads opt in to receive automated messages by contacting your business via your JobSec number or by submitting a lead form that discloses they may receive automated texts. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate opt-in records for your leads.

Opt-Out

Any lead can opt out of messages from your business at any time by replying STOP, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, or END to any message. JobSec will immediately cease sending automated messages to that number from your account. You must not contact an opted-out number.

Leads can reply HELP at any time to receive support contact information. Support is available at support@jobsec.ai.

Message Frequency & Rates

• Message frequency varies based on lead activity; typically 1–5 messages per lead over a 7-day follow-up period

• Message and data rates may apply on the recipient's carrier plan

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

Your Messaging Obligations

• You may not use JobSec to send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or messages unrelated to your home service business

• You may not send messages that are deceptive, harassing, or illegal

• You must comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable state laws

• You are solely responsible for obtaining proper consent from your leads

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation

• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform

• Use the platform to send phishing messages, malware, or fraudulent content

• Resell or sublicense access to the platform without our written consent

• Overload or disrupt the platform's infrastructure through automated requests or attacks

5. Subscription & Billing

JobSec is a paid subscription service. Pricing, plan features, and billing cycles are described on the platform. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date

• Refunds are not issued for partial billing periods

• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers

• Failed payments may result in suspension of your account after a grace period

• Carrier fees (A2P brand and campaign registration) may be passed through as part of your plan or billed separately

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of all lead data, customer information, and business content you enter into JobSec. By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to process that data solely to deliver the service to you.

7. Third-Party Services

JobSec relies on third-party providers including Twilio (SMS/voice), Resend (email), Anthropic (AI), and Stripe (payments). Outages or changes to these providers may affect the availability of certain features. We are not liable for disruptions caused by third-party service failures.

8. Intellectual Property

The JobSec platform, its design, code, and branding are owned by Vector Name LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or proprietary materials without our written consent.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ALL MESSAGES WILL BE DELIVERED. SMS DELIVERY IS SUBJECT TO CARRIER NETWORKS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VECTOR NAME LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF REVENUE, LOST LEADS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay applicable fees. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease and your data will be deleted per our retention policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, and you waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit against Vector Name LLC.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes by email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
